Winter at Swift Creek Cabins

Backcountry ski cabins near Valemount, BC

The location of Swift Creek Cabins is about 15 km north of Dave Henry Lodge. In the trees at the bottom of a gentle basin, these cabins are situated so guests can ski or snowboard open glades to the alpine with lots of big alpine. For serious skiers, this area provides unlimited terrain, some of it steep and challenging. Groups should have advanced snow evaluation skills or a professional skiing guide.

There are two cabins here – one set up as kitchen and dining room with propane lamps a cook stove and a wood heater and the other one for sleeping with a wood heater. It will accommodate 6 people comfortably.
