- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your trip, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
- Cancellations will only be refunded if a replacement is found.
- We will refund 75% of full price of the booking, if a replacement is found.
- Replacement group needs to be approved by us.
- All prices quoted are in Canadian funds.
- All prices are subject to 5% GST.

Any wilderness adventure carries an element of danger. All guests must READ and AGREE to the RELEASE AGREEMENT prior to booking a trip with Headwaters Outfitting ltd. The RELEASE AGREEMENT may be viewed through the following links
Guests will be required to sign the RELEASE AGREEMENT on arrival to Valemount and before going to the lodge or cabins.
